LCA audit-ready in seconds. The field-service platform built for UK water hygiene.
Right now your compliance lives across a calendar, a forms app, a shared drive, Word and Sage — and every hop between them is a re-key someone can get wrong. BlueWave is one system: schedule the work, capture it on site, walk out audit-ready, invoice the same day.
The stack you run now vs the one you could
A schedule in one place, the form in another, the record in a folder named "FINAL v3", the certificate retyped in Word, the invoice raised weeks late in Sage. Every handover is a re-key; every re-key is a risk that surfaces in an audit.
The job goes on the calendar once. The engineer's app captures the visit against the right site and asset. The record files itself, the certificate generates, the invoice raises. Nothing retyped, nothing lost, nothing to reconcile at month end.
One platform, field to invoice
Four jobs your current stack does badly, done properly in one place.
Scheduling that knows the work
Drag-drop calendar, jobs grouped by site and due date so one trip covers them, and reactive dispatch for the day a positive result lands.
Explore schedulingA field app that works offline
Forms, photos, signatures and sampling captured on site — with or without signal. Built for plant rooms and basements, not coffee shops.
Explore the field appCompliance records & lab results
A cascading library — customer, site, asset, job, date — with an audit trail and five-year retention. Lab results tracked from sample to logbook, positives flagged.
Explore compliance recordsContract billing that keeps up
Variable-frequency PPM contracts invoiced as the work completes. Finished jobs stop sitting uninvoiced in someone's tray.
Explore contract billingHow it works
- 1
Schedule it
The office plans PPM rounds and drops reactive work into the right engineer's day. Skills, certs and location considered — not just who answers the phone.
- 2
Capture it on site
The app walks the engineer through the inspection: readings, samples, photos, signatures. No signal in the basement? It doesn't care. Everything syncs when coverage returns.
- 3
Approve, certify, bill
The office reviews the submission, the certificate goes to the client, the invoice raises — and the audit trail filed itself while all that happened.

Built around the standards your auditors carry
Built around them — not certified by them. Your auditors will know the difference, and so do we.
ACoP L8
The code your duty-holders answer to. BlueWave's records are shaped around it.
HSG274
Task schedules that mirror its monitoring regimes — temperatures, flushing, sampling.
HTM 04-01
Healthcare estates get the evidence trail NHS auditors expect to see.
LCA
Five-year record retention built in, not bolted on.
Built with UK water-treatment pros. Early access is open.
We designed BlueWave to take up to ~10 hours of admin a week off a contractor's office — the re-keying, the chasing, the where's-that-certificate. Plans are per-seat and monthly with no long contract — sign up and your first invoice simply arrives with 10 days to pay.
Get startedThe questions everyone asks
- Does the engineer app really work offline?
- Yes — properly offline, not "offline until you open a form." Jobs, forms and photos are captured locally on the device and sync when signal returns. Plant rooms and basements are where this work happens; an app that needs 4G there is decoration.
- We're on GoFormz and spreadsheets — can we move our forms and history?
- Yes. Your forms get rebuilt in BlueWave's form builder — usually better, because fields validate against your sampling schemas — and historical records can be imported. There's no integration with the old stack, deliberately: the point is leaving it.
- Do we need an IT team to run this?
- No. The office works in a browser, engineers use the app, and there's nothing for you to host, patch or back up.
- What does it cost?
- Per-seat monthly pricing with office and engineer seats priced separately, and zero setup fees — no day-rate onboarding invoices, no per-asset surprises. Full details on the pricing page.
- Is this generic field-service software with a water-hygiene skin?
- No. The water-hygiene logic is the product: sampling capture schemas, ACoP L8-shaped records, lab-result workflows, LCA retention. Generic FSM tools make you build that yourself and hope it holds up in an audit.
