BlueWave installs from the browser onto any modern phone — Android or iPhone, company-issued or the engineer's own — with the same offline depth everywhere. And one thing we don't do yet, said plainly: Bluetooth probe integration isn't built today. If that's your deciding feature, we'd rather tell you now than after the demo.

Does the engineer app really work with no signal?
Yes — it assumes no signal by default. Jobs, forms, photos and signatures live on the device, the engineer completes the whole visit offline, and everything syncs once coverage returns, with a visible indicator of what has uploaded.
Do engineers need to install anything from an app store?
No. It installs straight from the browser onto any modern phone, Android or iPhone, whether company-issued or the engineer's own. There's no app-store review to wait on and no separate build per platform.
Does it connect to Bluetooth temperature probes?
Not today. Bluetooth probe integration isn't built yet, and we'd rather say so before a demo than after. Readings are entered and validated against the sampling schema at the point of capture.
